We provide most services at risk unless we meet / perform the mandate (service requirement) that you set us.

If a service has been provided and the mandate performed, we expect to be paid the pre-agreed amount without any delay, in terms of any verbal or written agreement made with our client and / or as documented in any lease or sale agreement.

Any information provided to a client or a prospect is generally privileged and may be confidential. Unless expressly advised otherwise, no information is to be disseminated or distributed outside of a reasonable circle of internal contacts of the client or prospect.

FICA - An Overview

All estate agencies are accountable officers in terms of FICA legislation and are required to "FICA" clients independently of conveyancers and banks.

When we obtain a mandate, we are obliged to verify the client (i.e. FICA) at the time of concluding an agreement.
