Propco was established in 1985 as an independent brokerage specializing in the sales, leasing and development of industrial and commercial property in the Southern Industrial basin of Durban, Congella, CBD and the peripheral areas. Over the ensuing 30 years the Brokerage has grown to cover the entire greater Kwazulu Natal region from the South Coast up to Richards Bay and West to Pietermaritzburg. Backed by a team of highly experienced professionals with a combined experience of more than 150 years, we strive to build and maintain long term relationships with a large and growing list of clients and customers.

We have been intimately involved with many investment sales, portfolio acquisitions, development packaging and leasing of property throughout the country. Our team has the depth of knowledge and experience, to handle small enquires through to major acquisitions.
Propco is a member of the Southern African Property Association (SAPOA), all our brokers are affiliated to the Estate Agencies Affairs Board (EAAB) and have been vetted in terms of their professional accreditation. Our company contributes regularly to the Rode Report on matters of property statistics and commentary. We attend a range of seminars and presentations to continually stay in touch with industry norms and standards and to keep abreast of new developments and opportunities.
