Our story
A boutique brokerage with deep knowledge and multi-decade relationships
We are a specialist commercial and industrial property brokerage — not a generalist agency. For four decades we have focused on a single discipline: matching businesses with the right space to operate, grow and invest.
That focus means our brokers know the stock, the landlords, the developers and the nodes intimately. When a superlink-accessible warehouse comes to market in Riverhorse Valley, or a Grade-A office suite opens in Umhlanga, we already know who it suits.
We handle sales, leasing and development across five sectors. We do not do property management or residential — commercial property is all we do, and we do it well.
The team
Five Real Estate Specialists
A small, senior team — every client works directly with a broker who owns the deal from brief to conclusion.
